Returns Policy


We are delighted to refund or exchange your item for any reason within 14 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with tags attached.

To return your item, please get in touch with for  returns authorisation instructions.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded but a store credit will be issued, with a 3 month expiry date.

If the item was purchased for you by another customer and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

To return your product, you should complete the returns form we send you after you contact us by email, then mail your product to: PO Box 2430, TEMPLESTOWE LOWER, VIC, 3107, Australia.

For your first return, postage is covered by us.
For subsequent returns : You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs . Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be held responsible for missing items sent by you.
